Ava Music and Art Center is proud to offer live music performed by our talented musicians for weddings, corporate events, memorials, and celebrations of life. Whether you’re looking for an elegant soloist, a vibrant ensemble, or a heartfelt musical tribute, our performers bring professionalism, artistry, and cultural depth to every event.

Event Pricing (Minimum of 2 Hours)

Please note: All rates are based on a minimum booking of two hours per musician.

Weddings & Corporate Events:

  • Advanced Student Performer: $150/hour

  • Professional Performer: $300/hour

  • Senior Performer: $400/hour

  • Additional time: $25 for every 5–15 minutes over the scheduled time

Wedding Details:

  • Two curated setlists available: one in English and one in Farsi

  • Includes a meeting with the bride and groom to select up to 6 additional songs

  • Standard setlist includes love songs from the 1950s to present

Memorials & Celebrations of Life

  • Professional Performer: $200/hour

  • Senior Performer: $300/hour

  • Includes a selection of set pieces appropriate for the occasion

  • If additional songs are requested outside of the setlist, a $100 customization fee will apply

Corporate Events

  • Music styles available: classical, jazz, or pop

  • Repertoire planning must be coordinated with your corporate liaison

  • Pricing follows the same hourly structure as weddings

Sound System & Equipment

  • Event organizer is responsible for providing a working sound system, microphones, and input cables

  • Optional sound system rental available:

    • Starting at $150 for setup and pickup

    • Final pricing may vary based on the number of inputs or specific technical needs

    • A custom quote will be provided upon request

Duets, Trios, Ensembles & Band Performances

  • We offer a range of group performances tailored to your event

  • Pricing varies depending on the number of performers and event requirements

FAQ

No experience is needed. This program is designed for beginners. Our instructors guide students step by step from the very first class.

Classes are conducted in English.

The program is open to students aged 7–21. Both kids and teens are welcome.

The fee covers all 4 weeks of K-POP training (80 minutes per session), the final performance video production, and monthly agency audition opportunities including direct video auditions connected to MUDOCTOR Korea's network. There are no additional costs.

After completing the 2-month training program in May and June, students will have the opportunity to participate in a combined video audition for a total of 8 K-POP agencies.

Each student will audition individually, and their performance will be recorded. The recorded video, along with the application profile, will be submitted directly to the casting teams of each agency through MUDOCTOR’s headquarters in Korea.

Final results will be communicated after review by each agency.

If the minimum enrollment is not met, all registered families will receive a full 100% refund.

Parents are welcome to watch from outside the studio. To maintain a focused training environment, entry into the classroom during sessions is not permitted.
